Let’s dive right in!

🎙️ Dual Threat. In this week’s Courtside Chats, Alyssa Orange sits down with Fayetteville senior Kinyun Johnson on being a dual-sport athlete and how Fayetteville boys basketball is finding success this season.

💪 Came In Clutch. Junior Regan Crusinbery put on a show against Fayetteville, putting up 23 points in Bentonville West’s 65-61 win. The teams were tied at 59-59 with a little over a minute left, but sophomores Addison Greeley and Maddi Reese sealed the win with late-game free throws.
🎯 Offensive Attack. Har-Ber took down Rogers Heritage 96-75, fueled by an elite 43-point performance from senior Jabarih Washington. The Wildcats gained momentum late in the game after scoring 29 points in the third quarter. Senior TD Mosby also added 29 points for Har-Ber, setting them up for another conference win.
🔥 Heated Rivalry. Nothing beats a good ol’ fashioned rivalry game — Fort Smith Northside picked up a 63-39 win against Fort Smith Southside. The Grizzlies went on a 26-6 run in the second quarter to build up a lead to secure the victory. Defensively, Northside forced 10 turnovers.

🏀 In Har-Ber’s 96-75 victory over Rogers Heritage, senior Jabarih Washington put on a show. The guard was responsible for 43 of the Wildcats’ points, making seven 3-pointers. Washington wasn’t just a leading scorer, but facilitated the offense and recorded seven assists.

🏀 Bentonville and Bentonville West will meet in a rivalry matchup tonight, and the Wolverines are entering off of a big 62-55 win over Fayetteville. Senior Landon Price put 30 points on the board against the Bulldogs, followed by senior Cooper Moore with 13. Tipoff is set for 7:30 pm and the game can be watched here.

🏀 North Little Rock picked up a 65-64 dub against Bryant, handing the Hornets their first conference loss of the season and ending their eight-game winning streak. The Charging Wildcats are on a tear: they’ve won seven of their last eight matchups.
