🍔 Inside Look. JJ Andrews shined during the festivities of the McDonalds All-American week, surrounded by the best high school basketball players in the country. Varsity Vibe’s Alex Hall was there to capture it and joins Alyssa Orange to share his experience around the best new wave of talent, his favorite moments, and what it was like to cover the event from the inside.

🏀 Conference Clash. Bentonville softball’s dominance continues, this time with a 13-3 run-rule win over Pea Ridge. Sophomore Maye Wenger led the offensive attack, going 3-for-3 with two home runs and six RBIs. Senior Violet Nguyen hit a solo homer and went 3-for-3.

💪 Offensive Effort. Greenwood baseball is on a hot streak, winning eight games straight. Most recently, the Bulldogs took down Siloam Springs with a 14-0 shutout victory. Their offense looked electric, and Cooper Webb led the charge. The junior hit one home run, going 3-for-4 at the dish and batting in four runs.

⚾️ Walk-Off Fashion. Rogers added another dub to the win column, taking down Lawrence (KS) with a 7-6 victory. Senior Westin Rink delivered the game-winning hit in the seventh inning, lifting the Mounties to their ninth win of the season. Senior Rennir Corning was also a major contributor, recording two hits.

🥎 Bentonville softball is off to a hot start this season! The Lady Tigers have won eight in a row, holding a perfect 6-0 conference record. Most recently, Bentonville took down Pea Ridge with a 13-3 victory. Their offense is electric, putting up 10 or more runs in eight games this season. They’ve defeated their opponent by at least 10 runs in seven games!

🏀 Greenwood baseball has maintained a perfect 5-0 record in conference play, taking down Siloam Springs last week with a 14-0 shutout win. Junior Cooper Webb played a big role in the victory, hitting one home run and going 3-for-4 at the plate. Along with his homer, he tallied four RBIs.

🥎 Bentonville softball has been on a tear this season, putting up a ton of runs in each of their wins. At the helm of their offensive attack is Maye Wenger. In their 13-3 win over Pea Ridge, the sophomore went 3-for-3 at the plate, with three homers. She proved to be a difference maker for the Lady Tigers, recording six RBIs.
