🎙️ Varsity Vibe Today. The Rogers Mounties head into the start of 7A Conference action with a 3-0 record and an offense that has no problem lighting up the scoreboard. Alyssa Orange catches up with head coach Chad Harbison on his team's hot start to the season, plus Shiloh Christian's Cole Creighton is our Lindsey Boys Athlete of the Week.

🐯 Total Package Tigers. Bentonville continues to impress after a 45-28 victory over Lee’s Summit (MO) North. The Tigers played well in all three phases, blocking a punt and coming up with four interceptions while the offense totaled 453 yards. Senior quarterback Cole Slepecki threw for 287 yards and four touchdowns, with three of them going to senior receiver Conrad Schmitz. The Tigers are now 3-0.

🏐 Go-To Tiger. Bentonville junior Evelyn Venters continues to prove why she’s one of the top players in the state. The Arkansas volleyball commit has been hitting 0.403 this season with an average of 3.6 kills per set. In the Little Rock Christian tournament, Venters finished with 40 kills, 14 digs and 11 aces. Bentonville and Venters are looking strong this season and are off to an 11-2 start.

⚡️ Maverick Momentum. Fort Smith Southside came back home with a win Friday after beating Little Rock Southwest 35-20. The Mavericks wasted no time, scoring touchdowns on three of their first four drives. Senior quarterback Blake Forsgren threw for 275 yards and four touchdowns, while senior receiver Peyton Zimmerman had 123 yards and two touchdowns. With the win against Little Rock Southwest, the Mavericks remain undefeated with a 3-0 record.

The Benton Panthers came away with a big a 31-14 win over the Parkview Patriots on Friday. Benton controlled the game and dominated possession, thanks to drives like one that lasted 18 plays and took 10:31 off the game clock. Benton started the game off hot and continued the momentum down to the last second. In the first half, the Panthers put up 234 yards to Parkview’s 73, with 12 first downs. Senior quarterback Drew Davis threw for four touchdowns.

🏈 Junior quarterback Cole Creighton played a huge part in Shiloh’s 72-0 win against Bethany (OK). The Saints’ offense was extremely dominant and efficient, with Creighton completing 13 of 15 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns. Creighton was able to locate receivers with ease, and connected with senior receiver Zane Sluyter for 136 yards on six receptions.

🏐 Shiloh’s volleyball team remains undefeated in 5A conference play, and senior Chloe Blessing has been a key player for the Saints. The outside hitter had an impressive performance in the Saints’ five-set win over Siloam Springs, tallying 20 kills and 23 digs.
