🏈 Fall Reset. Ready for football season? Us too! The Rogers Mounties have had a few months to move on from the way the 2025 season ended, and are now excited about what the 2026 season has in store. As head coach Chad Harbison explains to Alyssa Orange, it’ll be different and new — but they’ve got some good talent to lean on.

🐶 Bulldog Battle. Fayetteville overcame an early deficit to defeat Fort Smith Southside, 6-2. The Bulldogs improved to 14-10 overall and 9-4 in the 6A-West. Fayetteville broke the game open with a five-run fifth inning, highlighted by two-out RBI singles from senior Graham Plummer and senior Cayden Dutile.
💪 Offensive Effort. Fort Smith Northside came out swinging, using a five-run first inning to take down Springdale, 9-4. The Grizzlies earned their first 6A-West victory of the season behind a big offensive attack, with sophomore Jayden Stegner leading the way with three hits and two RBIs. Senior Jonathan Dilworth and sophomore Kade Williams each reached base three times, while six different Northside players drove in runs.
🔥 Hot Streak. Rogers extended its winning streak to 16 games Monday night, rallying past rival Rogers Heritage for a 3-2 victory. The Mounties scored two runs in the sixth inning to erase a one-run deficit. Sophomore left-hander Cameron Henderson slammed the door in relief, escaping a sixth-inning jam to earn the save. Rogers improved to 20-2 overall and 11-2 in conference play.

🥎 Kylee Wyman delivered one of the top performances of the week, leading Bentonville softball to a key 13-3 win over Bentonville West. The junior shortstop went a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate with a leadoff home run, two doubles, four RBIs and multiple runs scored in a dominant offensive showing. Wyman also made a crucial defensive stop early in the game that prevented extra runs and helped shift momentum back to the Tigers.

⚾️ Shiloh Christian moved into sole possession of first place in the 4A-1 Conference on Monday, taking down Pea Ridge 2-1. Senior AJ Ylanan delivered the game-winning moment with a sixth-inning solo home run, handing the Blackhawks their first conference loss of the season. Senior Holden Wofford struck out eight over five strong innings, while senior Chase Lanning closed the door with two innings of relief to secure the win. With the victory, Shiloh sits at the top the standings, improving to 13-0 in league play.
