🎙️ Pointer Proud. ICYMI: The Van Buren Pointers hit numerous milestones and brought record during the 2025 season, but they've still got a lot they want to accomplish as a football program. Head coach Moe Henry joins Alyssa Orange to look ahead to the 2026 season, and his excitement for what he believes the Pointers can achieve.

🔒 Shutout Statement. Conway dominated from start to finish Friday night, taking down Marion, 48-0. The Wampus Cats held the Patriots scoreless for the first time this season. Junior Ryder Cook threw two touchdown passes and ran for another, while sophomore Jackson Braden added a 42-yard fumble return touchdown. Conway improved to 2-1 with the shutout dub.

😤 Comeback Clutched. Lakeside pulled off a clutch comeback, rallying from a 41-20 deficit with 9:12 left to stun Benton 42-41. Senior James Hall delivered the game-winning play, connecting with sophomore Rashaan Moore on a 71-yard touchdown with 6.3 seconds remaining before finding sophomore Paxton McElwee for the winning 2-point conversion.

🏈 Big Bounceback. Despite a slow start, Fort Smith Northside found its rhythm and never looked back in a 42-6 win over Russellville. The Grizzlies erased an early 6-0 deficit by scoring 42 unanswered points, including a blocked-punt touchdown from senior Imani Marshall. Senior Jaseir Posey threw for 133 yards and two touchdowns while adding 80 rushing yards, and junior Keydarius Parker rushed for 99 yards and two scores.

Bentonville West soccer senior Hadley Moore is making an impact far beyond the field. Moore regularly volunteers with the school’s soccer and basketball programs, dedicating her time to mentoring and encouraging young athletes. Her commitment to helping the next generation grow as athletes and teammates makes her a Gamechanger both on and off the field.

🏈 Battle of the Unbeaten. Two undefeated teams meet tonight as Searcy travels to Greenbrier in a heavy offensive matchup. Both teams enter at 2-0, with Searcy coming off a 56-20 win over Valley View and Greenbrier riding a 50-42 victory over Van Buren. With both offenses averaging big numbers early in the season, expect a high-scoring battle between two teams looking to stay perfect. Kickoff is set for 7:00 pm and can be watched here.

🏈 Fayetteville running back Terrance Garden put together an impressive performance last week, rushing for 191 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Purple Dogs past Sylvan Hills, 52-42. Garden broke loose for an 88-yard touchdown in the second quarter, then added two more scores in the fourth to help Fayetteville take home the win. His five rushing touchdowns marked the first time a Fayetteville running back had done so since 2005.
