Let’s dive right in!

🎙️ End Goal. In this week’s Courtside Chats, Alyssa Orange sits down with Bentonville senior Quinn Hosley about his dedication to this year’s team, what it would mean for him to be a part of the team that gives the Tigers their first state title, and how much work he put in to get to where he is.

🏆 Two-Peat. Shiloh Christian dominated Tuesday night, taking down Huntsville 76-46 to secure their second-straight conference title. The Saints responded with a strong finish after a tight first half, pulling away late in the third and fourth quarters. Junior Ryan Davis put up 32 points, while senior Duke Bowman added 22 as the Saints extended their conference winning streak to 26 games.

💪 On Lock. Despite a slow start, Farmington basketball leaned on strong defense to put away Siloam Springs with a 65-57 win. The Cardinals dominated the second to build a 31-18 halftime lead. Sophomore Press Taylor scored a game-high 22 points as Farmington stretched the lead to 52-27 late in the third before Siloam Springs answered with a late run. The Panthers cut it to single digits in the fourth, but the Cardinals’ defense held strong to secure the win.

🐯 Tiger Takedown. Thanks to a big second quarter, Bentonville girls basketball knocked off Fort Smith Southside, 62-40. Junior Anniston Moore shot three three-pointers during a 17-2 run that pushed the Lady Tigers to a 35-18 halftime lead. Moore led the Lady Tigers with 15 points as Bentonville moved to 4-5 in 6A-West play.

🏀 Mountain Home’s Rhett Gilbert put on a show in the Bombers’ 53–42 win over Harrison. The senior scored 17 points in the contest and, in the process, passed the 1,000 career points mark — a milestone that emphasizes his impact on the program.

🏀 The Har-Ber Wildcats head to Fayetteville tonight to face the 14-9 Bulldogs. In their previous meeting, Fayetteville took down the Wildcats 60-57, remaining undefeated in 6A-West play. Tipoff is set for 7:30 pm and the game can be watched here.

🏀 Little Rock Christian Academy’s JJ Andrews was named a McDonald's All-American this week, averaging 31.5 points and 15.2 rebounds per game. The Arkansas commit suffered a concussion early in the season, but has since returned to the court and made an impact for the Warriors, shooting 68% from the field.
