๐๏ธ Varsity Vibe Today. Farmington defensive back Peyton Bailey helped secure the one-point win for the Cardinals on Thursday night against Morrilton. We catch up with the senior about the 2-point conversion stop that won Farmington the game. Plus, day one of the volleyball state tournament is in the books. Find out who is moving on.

๐ Wolverines Win. Thanks to a five-touchdown night by senior quarterback Tre Thompson, Bentonville West was able to take down Rogers Heritage, 56-28. Thompson led the offense, completing 21 of 26 passes for 283 yards and four touchdowns while running one in himself. Senior receiver Jackson Lane had a big night with 115 receiving yards and three touchdowns, helping the Wolverines tally up 397 yards of offense.
๐ถ Dogfight. Senior quarterback Kane Archer and Greenwood cruised past Van Buren in a 56-3 victory Thursday night. Archer put up 434 total yards with five touchdowns. With a win over the Pointers, Greenwood extended their winning streak to 34 games.
๐ช Held Strong. Farmington came out with a 28-27 victory over Morrilton in a tight 5A showdown. The Cardinals held a 28-14 lead in the fourth quarter, but Morrilton scored two late touchdowns to close the gap. But Farmingtonโs defense came in clutch, swatting away a Morrilton two-point conversion attempt to seal the win. Senior quarterback Ayden Lester threw for 319 yards and three touchdowns.

๐ Bentonville pulled off a thrilling 31-28 victory against previously unbeaten Rogers to take the title of the only undefeated team in the 7A west. Senior quarterback Cole Slepecki led the charge with 270 passing yards and three touchdowns, all of which found senior receiver Conrad Schmitz. Rogers attempted a comeback and took a late lead, but the Tigers responded with a game winning drive finished off by senior running back Chris Ficklinโs 13-yard rushing touchdown.

๐ Senior defense back Peyton Bailey came in big for Farmington, helping them secure the win over Morrilton. With 41 seconds left in the game, Morrilton lined up for a potential game-winning two point conversion after coming back from a 14-point deficit. Bailey was able to make a play on the ball, swatting away the pass to seal a 28-27 win for Farmington.
๐ Farmington volleyball earned their second-ever conference title โ with help from junior outside hitter Emmerson Rehkopf. In the Cardinalsโ 14-0 run through the 5A West, Rehkopf averages 5.3 kills per set, maintaining a .349 hitting average. The University of North Alabama commit leads the state in kills with 496, while also racking up 308 digs and 38 aces.

๐ Benton dominated Little Rock Catholic Friday night, coming away with an impressive 63-0 win. Senior quarterback Drew Davis had a big night, throwing for more than six touchdowns in the first half and becoming the Panthersโ all-time leader in passing yards with 8,053 in his career. Davis connected with senior receiver Will Carter for four touchdowns and senior receiver Karson Collatt for two. It was all Benton offensively โ with the Panthers racking up almost 500 yards of offense โ as head coach Brad Harris earned his 84th career victory, the most in program history.
