Let’s dive right in!

🏈 Year Two Push. Year 1 under head coach Aaron Danenhauer is in the books for the Har-Ber Wildcats, and now he looks to continue to build on what they've accomplished in the fall during spring practices. He joins Alyssa Orange to talk about the group of talent returning — including quarterback Bryce Owens — and what they hope to accomplish over the next few weeks.

🏆 Battle of the Best. In a battle between two defending state champs, Rogers baseball came out on top, taking down Valley View, 3-1. Arkansas commit Ty Burnham allowed just one run over 5 2/3 innings, holding Valley View to three hits. The Mounties’ offense was clutch, highlighted by a key RBI double and squeeze bunt from senior Rennir Corning. The loss ended Valley View’s 15-game win streak, while Rogers’ streak extends to 18.

⚾️ New Faces. After 22 years of leading Farmington baseball, head coach Jay Harper has announced he will be stepping down, ending an impressive career that included 367 wins, 11 conference championships, and two regional championships. While his time in the dugout is coming to an end, Harper will continue to serve in his administrative role and as an assistant coach for the football program.

💪 Warrior Win. Using a four-run second inning, Little Rock Christian cruised past Joe T. Robinson, picking up a 8-3 win. The Warriors built an early lead, led by Sawyer Boone. The freshman went 3-for-3 at the plate with three RBIs. Little Rock Christian now holds an 18-8 record.

⚾️ Shiloh baseball sits at the top of the 4A-1, taking down Pea Ridge with a 5-4 win to clinch the conference title. The Saints are now 27-2 overall, with a perfect 14-0 record in league play. Shiloh battled back from a 3-0 deficit — senior Chandler Kemp flipped the momentum with a clutch three-run homer in the fifth and senior Zander Salters delivered a key RBI to even things up late. With the win, the Saints hold on to a 17-game win streak.

⚾️ In a tight battle with Pea Ridge, Shiloh Christian’s AJ Ylanan delivered when it mattered most. The senior broke a 1-1 tie with a clutch home run in the bottom of the sixth, lifting the Saints to a 2-1 win:

🥎 Sophomore Chloe Bohannon has been a key piece to Mountain Home’s success this season, proving reliable — and recently, perfect — in the circle. In the Lady Bombers’ 12-0 run-rule win over Van Buren, Bohannon threw a five-inning perfect game, retiring all 15 batters she faced and striking out four.
