🎙️ New War Eagle. Rogers Heritage Football is heading into a new era. New head coach Max Washausen takes over a War Eagles program hungry for success. Setting a culture and implementing a formula for winning, Washausen joins Alyssa Orange to share how the transition has gone, and why he believes Heritage has the tools to be successful in the 7A West.

✈️ Bombs Away. After putting together an impressive 8-1 regular season with five conference wins in 2025, Mountain Home enters the new year with high expectations. The Bombers will look to build on last season's success as they open the preseason with a benefit game against Marion on August 21 before kicking off the regular season at home against Farmington on August 28.
🐶 Dog Pound. The Springdale Bulldogs start the 2026 season looking to take the next step after finishing last year with a 5-7 overall record and earning three conference victories. Springdale will open the season on August 28, welcoming Muskogee (OK) as the Bulldogs look to start the year with momentum and set the tone for the season ahead.

🏈 Pulaski Academy senior Ja’Vion Walker enters the 2026 season as one of the Bruins’ most dynamic playmakers. Last season, Walker finished with 885 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns, showcasing his ability to create impactful plays and provide a spark for the offense. Walker will be a key piece for Pulaski Academy as the Bruins look to make a run this fall.


🏈 The Fayetteville Purple Dogs enter the 2026 season with plenty of optimism under new head coach Anthony Lucas. After finishing 7-5 a year ago, Fayetteville is looking to build on that success with a talented roster that includes senior leaders Kaden Walters and Will Caston. the quarterback competition between Kade Rogers and Remington Thomas, as both look to earn the keys to the offense. The Purple Dogs will have a decision to make at quarterback, with Kade Rogers and Remington Thomas both competing for the starting role.
